RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns – Item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of received if any manufacturing defect is found and reported within 3 days of receiving the item. We must re-sell the item; hence it is only fair you return it in the exact same condition as we sent it to you namely, the item must be unworn, in the original condition.

Refund– A refund is only guaranteed if there is a genuine manufacturing defect in the product. if a refund is authorized, the processing will start from the date of received as we have to do an item verification, quality/authenticity checks and payment reversals. Ankitagemstone.com only refund the full amount you paid online, excluding Shipping, Tax & Import Fees collected in your country.
